No Sale is Ever Final

In the interest of full transparency, remember that every order placed with ProTuff Products (whether on this site, our corporate site or on Amazon.com) is fully guaranteed for life. If you’re not pleased with the result of your order, we’ll either correct the situation or, if that is not possible, we will refund your entire purchase price (the TOTAL amount of money that was paid to us for the item).

Your Personal Information

See our Privacy Policy for more complete information, but, in brief, we will never share or sell your personal information to any other third party (individual, organization or business) except that it is NECESSARY to process an order or maintain communication with you. Also, if, at any time, you would like that information deleted from our system or any third party credit card processor or mailing list manager, simply let us know. It will be done.

None of our customer testimonials are paid for. They are all actual pool owners or pool professionals who have used our products extensively and have provided an honest review of their experience. Some of these individuals or companies may have received the item reviewed for free or at a discount.

Every claim made on this site regarding the ProTuff company or its products is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing. Individual results may vary, but any claims made regarding performance or longevity of any ProTuff brand product is our realistic expectation of the results that an “average” pool owner should expect.

Our unlimited lifetime guarantee is exactly that. There is nothing to disclaim since there are, realistically, no limitations. Unless there is CLEAR AND OBVIOUS abuse (ie. a customer is indiscriminately requesting regular and excessive warranty replacements and likely selling them or giving them away to friends), there is no limit to the number of replacements that a customer may receive, and there is NO requirement for proof of damage or defect, and there is NO charge for the receipt of any of those warranty replacements (that means free shipping as well).
